Go with the dog, you can lock it in the garage when it pisses you off. People don't like it if you lock a kid in the garage.

Do like most of us crazy people and have both.

I have had both, and I'll tell you - it's a toss up. LOL

I'm laughing out loud! It's the lesser of two evils, isn't it?

OMG, I just hope that's not paint.

Are you babysitting? ;-)

I can only say, having have/had both, kids are SO much more portable. easier to travel with, they hug you back and they are so darn cute when they sleep. Trust me the sleeping like an angel thing makes up for a lot. My angel is sleeping now to make up for 7 hours of hellish lap squiggling on an airplane today. She's looking cute and all is forgiven. :)

I can't focus...I'm still stuck on the paint picture and I can't figure out what to clean up first...before the paint dries...ok...throw the kids in the tub and then go clean the paint off the flat-screen before the daddy sees all this. ayyyeeee!

See, I know my limits and have opted for the choice of not making that choice...

Nice pics. I would definitely go with the dog. I think I saw of flash of those big puppy dog eyes under all that hair.

think of it this way: both may give you unconditional love but that love stop the moment children become teenagers.

pet insurance is also considerably cheaper than health insurance for kids.

and with pets, you don't have to save money for college.

oooh. tough one. both are messy and stinky. but at some point, one of your options talk to you. with real words. not licks.

which could be a bad thing.

these pics actually made me snort out my coffee. thanks for that.

You wouldn't have to pay for your dog's therapy after you're done yelling at it over this mess. Can't say the same for the children!

I've seen paiting dogs, avoid them like the plague.
