What I didn't blog about this week

Tuesday - Thursday It's amazing I've been able create a single post this week because I haven't done anything of substance since saying goodbye to our friends on Monday. Except for short walks with Charlie (who did survive three nights without Bear), I haven't even left the house.

But all of this changes over the weekend. After some encouragement from fellow bloggers Snooker and G in Berlin, I've decided to attend the Whiney Expat Blogger Weekend held in Bremen, Germany. While I don't consider myself particularly whiney (except when talking about my horrible Blomberg dryer or my ever-expanding waistline), it should be great fun to meet other expatriate bloggers. My better thirds, Max and Charlie, plan to join me for this little jaunt, a five-hour drive north. I am looking forward to meeting everyone and think it will be well worth the effort.

But d on't expect too many tales from the weekend. I have a feeling what happens in Bremen will need to stay in Bremen. ;-) Now, I am off to pack.

Have a great weekend, folks!

Ooooh, have so much fun!! Glad your whole family will be joining you. As for you being whiney, no, you are not. I was reading it as wine-y, though, so maybe you should drink some of it while you're there? ;o)

Sounds like a great time. Glad Charlie made it through the weekend without his bear....pack wisely for the trip. Two weekends in a row without the bear might put him on the couch....that's a pet joke. Sorry.

Have a good weekend.

What happens in Bremen, stays in Bremen? Highly unlikely!
