The following e-mail hit my Inbox today from a prospective buyer, who I have been working with since mid-December.
Diane,
I anticipate making an offer to purchase your condo. I will e-mail you all of the contract language for your consideration tomorrow.
Mr. Doe
Selling my home in the U.S. would be the last loose end in our move--the only outstanding issue and the one I have fretted over for four and a half months. Keep your fingers crossed for a decent offer and fair proposal. It's all I am hoping for at this point.

I'm crossing my fingers, toes, arms, legs and anything else I can think of for you!
I trust all will go well in these times of poor real estate markets!
Les doigts sont croissés!
Just adding to the good wishes and crossed body parts -- best of luck!
I hope the offer is a good one, Diane (Hausfrau). Having a condo back here to worry about must be annoying1
Consider it done!
